  • Check-in / Check-out: Saturday to Saturday rentals only. Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
  • Security Deposit: €3,000 refundable deposit. Returned in full if no damage is caused.
  • Payment Terms: 50% due upon booking and 50% due 14 days before check-in.
  • Included in Rent: Linen, towels, pool towels, and all standard villa amenities.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund, no fees.
    • Less than 30 days before arrival: Full refund, no fees.
    • Less than 20 days before arrival: 50% refunded
    • Less than 10 days before arrival: No refund
